User Data Deletion Instructions

Phantom Republic allows you to request deletion of personal data collected or stored through our app and its Facebook or Instagram integrations.

How to Request Deletion

Email shop@phantom-republic.com with the subject line “User Data Deletion Request — Phantom Republic.”

Please include:

• Your name.

• The email address or username associated with your interaction with our app.

• A brief description of the data you would like deleted.

Do not send passwords, verification codes, or payment details. We may request additional information if needed to verify that the request relates to your data.

What Happens Next

After verifying your request, we will delete the personal data associated with your use of our app, unless retention is required by law. We will confirm when your request has been completed and explain any information that must be retained.

Remove App Access

If you connected through Facebook, you can also remove Phantom Republic from your Facebook account’s Apps and Websites settings. Removing access disconnects the app; to request deletion of data previously stored by us, please contact us using the steps above.

This process applies to data held by Phantom Republic. It does not delete your Facebook or Instagram account.
