Measurement Guide
- Chest Width: Measure straight across the chest from armpit to armpit while the rash guard is laid flat.
- Body Length: Measure from the highest point of the shoulder (next to the collar) straight down to the bottom hem.
- Sleeve Length: Measure from the shoulder seam to the end of the sleeve.
- Shoulder Width: Measure straight across from one shoulder seam to the other while the garment is laid flat.
Note: All measurements are taken with the rash guard laid flat. Due to the compression fabric, slight variations of 1–2 cm may occur.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Wash promptly after training and never leave the rashguard damp inside your gym bag. Turn it inside out and machine wash cold on a gentle cycle using mild detergent. Keep it away from Velcro and other rough fasteners that may snag the fabric. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. Hang dry naturally in the shade. Do not wring, tumble dry, iron or dry clean.
