CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Wash promptly after training and avoid leaving the shorts damp inside your gym bag. Turn them inside out and hand wash cold or use a gentle machine cycle with similar colours and mild detergent. Keep away from Velcro and rough fasteners that may damage the fabric. Do not bleach, use fabric softener or wring. Hang dry naturally in the shade. Do not tumble dry, iron or dry clean.
